Ok brides… this is it – YOUR WEDDING DAY IS HERE! After months and months of finalizing every detail and perfecting each moment for the big day, it can be easy to overlook one major thing: PACKING FOR THE HONEYMOON!
If you’re anything like me, you might find yourself in this same situation: “OH CRAP… I NEED TO PACK FOR OUR HONEYMOON AND I HAVE NO TIME!!”
Fear not! I’m sharing my exact honeymoon packing list along with some favorite items and tips to make sure you have everything you need for a stress-free, blissful trip!
Packing List (Pictured Above w/ Details!)
- CALPAK Marble Carry-On Luggage – I bought this luggage set last spring and it’s honestly one of my favorite purchases ever! Definitely feel like a #travelblogger when I use it and I’m totally not sorry. Great quality and has lasted me through tons of trips!
- Personalized “Mrs.” Sun Hat – Your honeymoon is THE perfect time to rock a custom “Mrs.” hat! My sweet wedding planner got me this as a gift and I proudly wore it throughout the whole trip, airport and all!
- Steve Madden Sandals – I wear these ALL. THE. TIME. So comfortable and a color that goes with all of my outfits. I didn’t wear heels at all the entire trip! Comfort is key!
- Gray Marble Luggage Tag – How cute is this?? Comes with a FREE custom name monogram!
- Marble Rose Gold Passport Holder – Do you see a marble theme going on here? Ha! I love color coordinating with my luggage set! I also feel super organized when my passport and important docs are all in one place!
- Anker Portable Phone Charger – LIFE. SAVER. When I cheered on DCC we received Anker portable chargers for Christmas each year and I fell in love with this brand! The most reliable and charges your phone so many times! A must-have for traveling especially internationally!
- GoPro HERO Waterproof Camera – I didn’t even realize my husband packed this for us and I was so glad he did! Way more fun than using a cell phone to record all of our adventures!
- Bride Slippers – This wasn’t even on my packing list radar, but somehow these cozy bad boys ended up in my suitcase! Now I will tell all brides to DEFINITELY pack some comfy slippers for your trip! I wore these every day in our hotel room and felt like the total princess diva bride that I am.
- Couples Honeymoon Shirts – I mean come on. If not now, then when?? We saw SO MANY COUPLES at the airport rocking their honeymoon shirts! Too cute for words!
- White Swimsuit Coverups – Since we went to a very tropical location (Fiji) we mostly wore swimsuits and coverups the entire trip! I recommend finding something versatile that you can wear more than once!
- Living Proof Dry Shampoo – Because who has time to wash their hair? Ha! Living Proof Perfect Hair Day = Hands. Down. The BEST dry shampoo. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out my friend. (Pro tip: also comes in travel size!)
- Kendra Scott Earrings – Y’all already know this about me (hence my ATX Bachelorette Guide!) I love me some Kendra Scott.
- Lingerie – During my bachelorette we had a Lingerie “Menu” Shower – all the girls bought me different sets, and we went through each one and gave them outrageous names to go on a “Menu” to be “picked” by my husband on our honeymoon! LOL. So…. I have a LOT of lingerie right now. And they all remind me of funny names. So I can’t help but laugh when I wear them. Ha! Get yourself some girlfriends that will do the same for you!
